I understand that by enrolling in the FNMS alumni offers that my existing FNMS Program agreement remains in effect including but not limited to: A) Privacy Policy B) Confidentiality Agreement C) Waiver D) Nature of Relationship. Recurring Alumni Payment Subscriptions are Subject to a 30-Day Notice Policy for Cancellations After Meeting The Minimum Commitment Period Outlined on the Checkout Page (if paying month to month)
Students who do not select a continuation option will be off-boarded from the FNMS Community within 5-10 business days of their originally scheduled program end date.
