For client cases please come prepared to calls or prepare your post to include necessary information such as:

1. Identify where this client falls in terms of their physiological status quo within the P3 Model (Perceptions + Practices = Physiology --> Physical Goal
2. What does their biofeedback look like? (SHREDS)
3. What are their drains and charges?
4. How would you describe this client's diet history using the dimensions of metabolism?
5. How are their perceptions, practices, and drains/charges contributing to that physiology and their biofeedback which is representative of their physiology (internal health)
6. How does this physiology help or hurt the current pursuit of their physical goals? (body comp, performance, longevity, etc)
7. Are we missing any information? What would help us have better insight?
8. If we have all information (labs included) how might we go about adjusting our approach?
9. Is this client being consistent enough with the current plan to benefit from making changes or adjustments to nutrition, supplementation, and training?
10. Which of the ten toggles or seven pillars of transformation would you change based on this information? (go to www.sammillerscience.com/transform10 if you need these)
11. *Bonus* Is this client case within our scope, or do we need to work in conjunction with other health professionals?

Best practices for questions include: 

a) asking on a live community call

b) posting in the community group

c) If it includes confidential data that you feel/determine is unable to be shared publicly either remove client details (name, DOB, etc) before sharing.

Video replays will be posted within 24-48 hours (technology permitting) immediately after a session is recorded for a given week.
